Today we head north and sit down with current NIAAA President and the Director of Athletics at Stafford High School in Stafford Springs Connecticut, CMAA Damian Frassinelli. Damian has a great story of leadership that began in the private sector and has now led him to being a pivotal part of not only the interscholastic athletic leadership of the state of Connecticut but the nation through his involvement with the NIAAA.
